I joined Markematics immediately after graduation as Management Trainee Officer for Trade & Retail, which was about 9 months ago. This opportunity has helped me understand the role of retail studies for products, brands & marketers. I am now working as Executive Client Services for the same unit.
Joining Markematics was a good decision as the company doesn’t only look after the “bottom line” but also its people. The family friendly atmosphere induces creativity and fosters a positive learning environment.
Markematics invests financially in its employee’s professional development just as well. Good training is open to everyone. In the 9 months that I’ve worked here, I’ve been able to take two formal course to improve my leadership and PowerPoint skills. I truly enjoy coming to work for a company who honestly wants to do good for their customers and employees.
