Retailers are discounted heavily by the companies to create push for their product but to do that the retail outlet must maintain certain criteria to be eligible for such discounts, companies face problems when discounts are passed on but still the product is not being pushed or the visibility is still not established. GSBC is the solution for all the worries at the retail level, by measuring successful discounted outlets on the established criteria to give a real-time picture of the market. A complete audit of all their visibility KPIs which includes complete scanning of the planogram, availability of all the brands inside the Hotspot region and the presence of the Hotspot itself, this program has been running successfully for over 7 years now and last year we have taken it to the next level by digitalizing the whole mechanism of this study from interview to data processing to the final reporting.
